ThesisReady.com is a site geared towards helping you get the most out of WordPress and Thesis. We provide Thesis Skins and Plugins for your WordPress-powered website, video tutorials to teach you all the little tricks we’ve learned, and we offer several different services to improve your Internet presence. We help people making cool stuff, make cool stuff easier.
We started off as a custom design and development firm and in the past year have worked closely with several dozen clients on projects of all sizes. The long list of happy customers is a testament to our dedication to producing quality websites. As the business expands though, we’re focusing more and more on our product offering in an attempt to be able to help a larger number of people. Custom design and development is a time consuming process, and despite the ever-growing demands by clients, doesn’t scale well.
We’re excited about the new direction we’re headed in, and we hope you are too. We are now primarily focusing on providing products and information. We are most certainly still open to doing custom work and we even provide more options for this now that our team has expanded. (Please see the “Services” page for more information.) Our new direction is centered around three things:

What is A Thesis Skin?
Thesis Skins, sometimes called “themes” are the easiest way to make the Thesis WordPress framework rock even harder.
By taking the guesswork out of creating an appealing, useable design, skins allow you to focus on what you’re good at, and leave the rest to me. It doesn’t make sense to spend days and weeks trying to find the perfect look for your website, when you can use a ThesisReady skin and move on to your core goal of content creation.

About Adam Barber
Please allow me to introduce myself… I’m a man of wealth and taste. My name is Adam Barber. Just kidding – there’s nothing I love more than a good burger and beer. No need to get fancy.
I’ve been designing websites and doing graphic design work since the 8th grade. I’ve spent the majority of my adult (read: post-college) life working full-time on Thesis projects and running ThesisReady.com.
In between uncontrollable fits of laughter (usually induced by YouTube videos of cute animals), I spend my time pursuing my true passion: teaching people the development process. That is how this entire site came to be; I wanted a efficient way to share what I’ve learned.
ThesisReady.com started off as my business and was, for a long time, a one-man show. I am excited, to bring Dave and Gavin in.
About David Grimes
Hi everybody, I’m Dave. I am the resident writer/editor, video production wiz, voice talent, and presentation designer here at ThesisReady.com. My goal here is to take Adam and Gavin’s collective design and programming skills and present them to the world in an organized, easy-to-understand, and (hopefully) entertaining manner.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. I specialized in creative writing, copywriting, and technical writing. This background has been tremendously helpful in trying to translate the technical jargon, and (frequently incoherent) thoughts of my incredibly-gifted coworkers here at ThesisReady.com.
