Default Suggestion - Cover Concerns in FAQ

Good day,
I had a couple of concerns while I was (trying to) install Gradient. And so I wondered if they might be common concerns, and if so, if it was worthwhile adding a link to FAQ answers in your "welcome" email.

My concerns are:

Thesis Version. Some text or a video somewhere on your site today told me I needed to have Thesis_18 folder for the Skin to work. There have a been a few upgrades since then, so I was wondering what you do with upgrades (both Thesis and WP), (I see in the Support Forum there were some minor issues with Thesis 183), I'm sure it's a nightmare for you. Some explanation / details might help alleviate customer concern.

CSS Code - I understand you need a clean version of Thesis, with no custom code in Custom.css or Custom functions.php, for the skins to work properly. My customisations are backed up, do I need to copy and paste them after a successful install? This would be useful to know, again perhaps in a FAQ.

Again, I am very much aware that what I have downloaded in this first instance is a free skin.

But perhaps people buying the premium skins might have the same concerns?

Thanks, Clare.
