With so many Thesis Skins out there why did I go to Adam at Thesisready for my first skin? The answer is simple, awesome customer service! It all started before I made my purchase. I wanted to know the difference between the skins that Thesisready offered vs their competitors. Other websites just had an email form to ask questions and get more information. On Thesisready there was a phone number! I called, left a voicemail and got a call back in 10 minutes from none other than Adam. He answered all of my presales questions about the skin. However, I am a newbie and wanted to make sure his skin was as easy to use as it seemed and was wondering what kind of support I would get.
